Shipping & Delivery
All in stock orders are shipped as received, normally within 1 business day of receipt. In the event an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will inform you via email so you can cancel or change your order if needed. Items marked as shipping separately are fulfilled by one of our partners and will ship in 3-5 business days. If you have any concern about the status of your order, you can contact us at hightimes@owd.com or call 1-866-POT-SHOP and we'll be glad to investigate promptly. For items fulfilled directly by the High Times Head Shop, you will recieve an email with tracking information on the day the order is shipped.

Returns & Replacements

Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects and fulfillment errors. Exchanges are permitted for equal value provided the returned item is in saleable condition and the customer pays for return and exchange shipping costs.

All returns and exchanges must be sent with an RMA number obtained through customer service via email or telephone.

Items returned without an approved RMA number are subject to disposal or return at the customer's expense.
